If you are considering buying your first home, here’s a great chance to find out what you need to know. This home buyer seminar has been designed especially for you! Cost…The two part seminar is only $50 for two persons with discount code, when reserved together. Fee includes lite meal and snacks on in-person session day and all your materials. Limited seating is available on a first-come/first-serve basis: To sign up please email OHCD@newbedford-ma.gov or call 508-979-1500 to receive an invitation to complete the online portion of the class and get your discount code. Part 1: Complete the online course before proceeding to Part 2. Part 2: In-Person Session: Upon completion of the online course please contact our office to reserve your seat for the in-person session. Limited seats available – secure yours now!" Certificates of Award for completing the two-part seminar will only be given to those who complete both sessions; this allows you to participate in specialized first-time homebuyer programs.
