Cost… The two evening seminar is only $30 per person, or $35 per couple when
reserved together. Fee includes a box lunch on both evenings and all your materials.
Limited seating is available on a first-come/first-serve basis: please contact emerick.bravo@newbedford-ma.gov for a registration form; you can then reserve your space by submitting the completed registration form and non-refundable check or money order made payable to DPHCD. We are located at 608 Pleasant Street New Bedford, MA 02740. We cannot accept cash!
Certificates of Award for completing the two-day seminar will be given to those who attend both sessions; this allows you to participate in specialized first time homebuyer programs. Lenders are available to answer your questions each evenin before the start of the seminar and during breaks.
